At BR Sports Performance, we are dedicated to providing players with the training and resources they need to excel in football. The following terms govern your use of our services.

BR Sports Performance (“we” or “us”) reserves the right to modify this Terms of Use Agreement at any time. Any changes made will be communicated through our services, or by other means, to offer you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. Should you object to any changes, please feel free to contact us here, and we will address your concerns.

DISCLAIMER

While we take every precaution to ensure safety and wellbeing, we cannot accept liability for any injuries or mishaps that may occur during participation in our coaching programs. Parents/Guardians acknowledge the risks associated with their child's involvement in our activities. BR Sports Performance is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during coaching sessions.

ATTENDANCE

Punctuality is important for all training sessions. We ask that participants arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start time. Late arrivals will not result in extended session times.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel a session, please do so with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid charges. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge, deducted from the card on file. No-shows will be charged at 100%.

If a session is canceled by one of our coaches due to weather or illness, no charges will be applied.

USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEOS

We occasionally capture photos and videos of our coaches and players during sessions and BR Sports Performance events. We reserve the right to use these images for publications, promotional material, and on our website and Instagram page to promote BR Sports Performance.

You can withdraw permission for the use of your child's images at any time by informing one of our coaches in writing.

COMMUNICATION

To fulfill our obligations under these terms and conditions, we will communicate with you via email and website notices. By using our services, you agree to receive electronic communications from us, which will satisfy any legal requirements for written communication.
