Empowering athletes with precision training for peak football performance

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved playing football. I started playing at the age of 4 and quickly became fixated on playing at the highest level possible. As a young teenager, I remember wondering why certain players appeared more talented and technically gifted than others. Or why some were faster and more agile. Or how certain players always seemed to make the right decisions under pressure. Football is a team sport, but I was one of many individuals, with my own set of strengths and weaknesses. And I wanted to know what I could do to specifically to improve technically, physically, and cognitively. Or put simply, what I could do to become a better player and make it to the next level.

This journey took me from playing professionally in Australia to playing at a highly ranked NCAA division 1 university in the USA. Beyond playing, I sought out a thorough academic understanding of the game, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and becoming a certified NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist. My approach to coaching at BR Sports Performance is deeply rooted in this scientific background, blending research and evidence-based methods with practical experience. Here, I've coached a wide spectrum of players, from beginners to those representing Australia on the national stage.

BR Sports Performance is the culmination of what I have learned over the last two decades — playing, coaching, studying and working with athletes. Its goal is to provide players with the resources and education to improve in the sport they love.
